Post Surgery Support Protocols
Start this protocol 2 weeks before surgery and discontinue 2 weeks after surgery.
BLOOD GROUP A
Bromelain (Pineapple enzyme): 500 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily after surgery
Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) leaf standardized extract: 250 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily
Vitamin E, 400 IU: 1 capsule daily
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense): 500 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily
BLOOD GROUP B
Nitricycle: 1-2 capsules, twice daily
Bromelain (Pineapple enzyme): 500 mg, 1-3 capsules, 2-4 times daily after surgery
Rehmannia root (Rehmannia glutinosa): 200 mg, 1 capsule daily
White Atractylodes (Atractylodis macroecephalae): 250 mg, 1 capsule daily
Plantain (Plantaginis lanceolatae): 250 mg, 1 capsule daily
BLOOD GROUP AB
Aromastat (Chamomile: Matricaria recutita) standardized to 1.2% Apigenin: 225 mg, 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily
Bromelain (Pineapple enzyme): 500 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily after surgery
Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus): 500 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily
Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) leaf, standardized extract: 250 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense): 500 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily
BLOOD GROUP O
Bromelain (Pineapple enzyme): 500 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily after surgery
Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum): 90 mg, 1 capsule daily
Rehmannia root (Rehmannia glutinosa): 200 mg, 1 capsule daily
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense): 500 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS USABLE BY ALL BLOOD GROUPS
Proberry Caps (Elderberry Fruit: Sambucus nigra) 4:1 extract: 300 mg, 2 capsules, 2-4 times daily
Connectivar: 1-2 capsules, twice daily
Ocubright (Zinc Picolinate): 15 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily
Vitamin C (from Acerola Berry or Rose Hips): 250 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily
NOTES:
Do not use Gotu Kola leaf if you are pregnant.
