Keep Your Resistance Strong


Happy New Year and welcome back to EatingRightLivingRight! Summer is here, well where I currently live, it’s been a mixed bag with the weather. We had 30 degrees and then it plummeted to 10 degrees and below with snow on the mountains. Crazy!!

When it’s so changeable it’s even more important to keep your resistance strong. Increase your intake of healthy foods, preferably blood type specific and seasonal if possible. Get plenty of exercise including stress-relieving activities such as yoga and Thai Chi and add some creative outlets for a healthy balanced lifestyle.
