Attentia (Ashwaganda: Withania somnifera), standardized to 2.5% withanolides: 75 mg, 3-4 capsules, twice daily
Polyvite A (ABO-specific Multivitamin): 2 capsules, twice daily
Type A Protein Blend: 2 scoops in 6-8 ounces of Beneficial juice, 10AM and 3PM daily
Pantothenic acid: 250 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily
