Arthritis Support Protocols
Use this protocol for 12 weeks.
BLOOD GROUP A
Phloxicin (Boswellia serrata), 300 mg (Standardized to 70% Organic Acids and 20% Beta Boswellic Acid): 1-2 capsules, 2-3 times daily
Teacher (Betaine HCl): 250 mg, 1 capsule with large meals
Fish Oil Formula (for a total of 3 grams of EPA plus DHA): 1 tblsp, 2 daily
Deflect A (lectin-blocking formula): 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily between meals
Live Cell A (sprouted food formula): 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily
BLOOD GROUP B
Deflect B (lectin-blocking formula): 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily between meals
Live Cell B (sprouted food formula food formula): 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily
S-adenosyl-methionine (SAMe): 400 mg, 1-2 enteric-coated capsules, 2-3 times daily
Niacinamide (vitamin B3): 500 mg, 1-2 capsules, 2 times daily
BLOOD GROUP AB
Deflect AB (lectin-blocking formula): 2 capsules between meals
Live Cell AB (sprouted food formula): 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily
Niacinamide (vitamin B3): 500 mg, 1-2 capsules, 2 times daily

Deflect O (N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine): 250 mg, 2 capsules away from food, 2-4 times daily between meals

Harmonia Deluxe (Greens Drink): 1 tablespoon daily in a Beneficial juice
NOTES:
Fish oil should not be taken by women who are or could become pregnant. Consult your physician first.
Niacinamide is almost always safe to take, though rare liver problems have occurred at amounts in excess of 1,000 mg per day.
